Μόλις μία ώρα από το λιμάνι του Πειραιά, η Αίγινα προσφέρει μια εύκολη και χαλαρωτική απόδραση. Ο ξενώνας Perdika Mare βρίσκεται σε μια όμορφη τοποθεσία μπροστά στη θάλασσα, στο νοτιότερο τμήμα του νησιού, 9 χλμ. από το λιμάνι, στο παραδοσιακό ψαροχώρι της Πέρδικας. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει 14 πλήρως εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια σε δύο ορόφους, με θέα στη θάλασσα ή τον κήπο, και απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, προσφέροντας πρόσβαση σε μια μικρή βραχώδη παραλία.

Το Perdika Mare παρέχει καθημερινή υπηρεσία καθαρισμού και παρέχεται δωρεάν ασύρματο ιντερνέτ σε όλους τους χώρους .Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται. Ο ξενώνας λειτουργεί πλήρως εξ αποστάσεως, προσφέροντας ομαλό ανέπαφο check-in για μέγιστη ιδιωτικότητα και ανεξαρτησία των επισκεπτών.

Μπροστά στη θάλασσα

Βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα, ο ξενώνας προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα στον Μαραθώνα και το λιμάνι της Αίγινας από την κοινόχρηστη βεράντα, με άμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα μέσω σκάλας στη δεξιά πλευρά του ακινήτου.

Το λιμάνι της Πέρδικας, καθώς και μια ποικιλία από εστιατόρια και μπαρ, βρίσκονται σε βολική τοποθεσία, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

The owner, Aris, was very helpful, and provided personal service, particularly the breakfast. The room, balcony and view were fantastic. All restaurants were only 5 minutes walk. Also, Moni Island is worth a visit, only a short small ferrytrip.....see the peacocks!

"Perfect holiday spot"

I booked for three nights to give a break from Athens and ended up staying for four. I think this is the best location on the island if you need relaxation. Moreover, the staff will do everything to make you feel comfortable. I booked the cheapest room available, it was very spacious and comfortable. Thank you Aris and Tonya for making this a perfect holiday for me. I will definitely come again :)

Great location (although a 10min walk from the port where most things are. A small rocky beach right outside the hotel - not ideal for kids but nice for grown ups and snorkelling. Lovely rooms and very accommodating owner & staff. Aris (the owner) and his family were super helpful and a pleasure to be around.

"Fabulous"

Everything was great. Staff fabulous and helpful. The water is spectacular. Nothing compares to the water at this hotel. Bring a snorkel. Bring a license so you can hire a car or you need $15 euro for a taxi to get into town or the bus. If you walk to the end of the road there is a beautiful view then a bunch of taverns which also stay open late. It is very good for a romantic getaway and make sure you pick the room with the balcony! It's not the Ritz but it is value for money and a relaxing place to park yourself. With a car or scooter you can get around the island easily. The other beaches aren't to die for so don't bother going by bus.
