Where is Perdika Mare located?
Perdika Mare is located at Perdika village, 18010 in Aegina Island. As there are no streets names in the villages you may track the exact location on google maps here .
How does check-in work?
Check-in is available from 14.00PM and sometimes is automated. One day before arrival, you will receive your check in details with message.
Is early check-in (before 14:00 PM) possible?
Yes, it is possible, but only based on same-day availability. We encourage you to inform us of your expected a arrival time in advance.
Can I leave my luggage at the property before check-in?
Unfortunately, we do not have a luggage storage facility. We exclusively provide rooms, without a storage service. If you wish to access the accommodation before usual check in time, we recommend booking the night before as well to guarantee availability.
What time is check-out?
Check out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to leave the key on the door.
Is late check-out available?
Yes, upon request/charge and based on availability. We ask that you inform us of your request as soon as possible.
Is parking available?
We do not have guest parking available on-site. You may drop off your luggage in front of Perdika Mare and park your car next to the school on the main street just a 3-minute walk. Motorbikes ONLY may park behind the building on the small street.
How do I adjust the air conditioning and heating?
You can turn the air conditioner on and off as you please, adjust the temperature ±3∘C from the set point, and change the fan speed. To switch between summer or winter mode, simply press the mode button. Do not press SETUP buttons for international remote controls as adjustment will be lost.
Can I request an extra towel, blanket, or shampoo?
The room is prepared to ensure a comfortable stay based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation. We offer daily cleaning of your room but change of linen and towels is done every 3 overnights.
Silence and Neighbor Respect
We ask you to observe quiet hours during the day ( 14.00PM - 17.00PM) and the night (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM) and not to smoke inside the rooms.
Guests and Visitors
Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior authorization. Every guest must be communicated in advance for security reasons and compliance with local regulations.
